The National Heads-Up Poker Championship is an annual poker tournament held in the United States and produced by the NBC television network. For another successful 2010 tournament, the finale of the 6th Annual NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship is held, May 23. Show aggression: When you fall in a heads up situation in poker, you need to apply pressure on the opponent along with each move that you make. It will not happen by just checking and seeing any free flop. For instance, if you have a much weaker hand for raising from a small blind, then fold it.
Exploit your position: You and your opponent more likely will miss on the flops a number of times. Hence, exploit the excellent table position. For this, raise from small blind pre flop thereby continuing to show your aggression on the flop.
